The Land
Double Shoals Cotton Mill is only eight miles north of Uptown Shelby, but once here the noise and the hustle and bustle of the town seems worlds away. The mill sits on 20 acres of land. Over ten acres are usable for events. The property is bordered by the First Broad River, and there is a quarter mile nature trail that follows the river.
