Craft Fairs, Music Festivals, Car Shows, Parties, Anniversaries, Weddings, Receptions, Photo and Movie Shoots are just some of the things that Double Shoals Cotton Mill can offer.

Here at the Mill we believe that all events are special, and that the cost of the venue should not take away from that specialness.

Currently we are only booking outdoor events.

Indoor rustic event space

Up to 10,000 sqft of indoor event space. Another 20,000 sqft under renovation. Old brick walls, hard Maple wood floors, 16' ceiling, river front and perfect for you.

Photoshoot locations

Literally 100's of spots throughout our: 50,000 sq ft of space, 15 acres, 1500' of frontage on the First Broad River and surrounded by a wonderful mill village with 100+ year old houses.

You will find a way to freeze time in a way that will put a smile on your face for years to come.

Rustic Decorations

Rental of the space for an event or photo shoot will give you exclusive use for all of our ever growing collection of unique items... On request we can even create something just for you. Such as the pallet wood sign or the arch you see in the background.

Music

If there is a list of things needed to make an event perfect... it would have to include live music. With so many great backdrops to place the band, which would you choose?

The first broad river

Over a 1/4 mile of our property touches water. 1500 feet to be exact. The only disturbance in the the air is the sound of the water gently rolling over the rocks. What would you do in the river: kayak, fish, swim, take a picture.................

A perfect mix of rustic and seemingly abandoned locations create a perfect mix for you to make something truly amazing.

As we walk around the Mill’s property there are so many locations that we can picture events taking place. What do you see happening under that beautiful tree? A wedding, a catered family picnic?

Under the stars & Around the Fire

All seasons at the Mill have something special to look forward to. One of our favorites are the Autumn nights, sitting by the fire listening to live music or sharing fireside stories.

The water

A trip to the Mill is not complete without seeing the First Broad River. From the Craft Fair Area beside the mill we have natural steps that lead down to a sandy beach, and nature walk that follows the river.
